Updates
The easiest way to update is from your game's system menu. If your machine isn't online (or you prefer USB), download the files below and follow the USB install steps.
Recommended: update from the machine
If your game is connected to the internet, use the built-in update option from the system/service menu for a guided install. This is the most reliable workflow.
Tip: Don't update right before a tournament unless you've tested the release on your machine.
What you'll download
USB installs use two files per release: ENC (encrypted package) and SIG (signature).
Keep both files together in the USB folder. If you're unsure what to install, contact support.

Install via USB
Use this method if your machine isn't online or you prefer offline installs. USB installs require both files: ENC and SIG.
USB steps
- 1) Download both the ENC and SIG files for the release.
- 2) Format a USB drive as exFAT or FAT32 and ensure it has enough space.
- 3) Create a folder named
turnerpinballat the root of the USB drive. - 4) Copy both files into that folder. No other files can be in the folder.
- 5) With the machine off, open the backbox and insert the USB drive into the computer.
- 6) Power on and follow the on-screen instructions.
