All our models feature the same amazing cabinet, which is crafted like a piece of fine furniture. We use 13-ply 3/4" plywood finished with black laminate inside and out. Even the 9-ply 1/2" bottom of the cabinet is beautifully finished with a UV clearcoat.

When will payment be due?
A $1,000 deposit is required immediately. Full payment (machine price + taxes + shipping - $1,000 deposit), along with agreement to the terms and conditions for purchase, will be due within one week of receiving notice that your machine is ready. If payment and agreement are not provided within that time, you will forfeit your deposit.
Are deposits refundable?
Your deposit is a commitment to buy, which we will rely upon. In return, we are making a commitment to build you a machine. Any deposits made directly with Turner Pinball are fully refundable ONLY if we have NOT notified you that your machine is built and ready to ship within 24 months of your deposit date.
How many Merlin's Arcade™ machines will be produced?
We will manufacture no more than 500 Legendary Edition Merlin's Arcade™ machines. Each machine will be numbered and badged as "Legendary Edition" and will include a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Arcade Edition™ machines will be badged but not numbered or limited.
When will the Merlin's Arcade™ machines ship?
We are wrapping up deliveries to our Ninja Eclipse™ customers and expect those to be completed by early summer. At that time, we will begin shipping Merlin's Arcade™ machines. We will ship the first 100 Legendary Edition™ machines before shipping any Arcade Edition™ machines.
Are deposits transferable?
No. Deposits are only valid for the person who made the deposit and can only be applied to a Merlin's Arcade™ machine.
